Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. The service
Proxly provides access to a residential proxy network through a gateway endpoint. You connect through our gateway; we route your traffic through consented peer devices. We do not guarantee that any specific IP, country, city, or ASN will be available at any given time. We do guarantee 99.9% gateway availability, measured monthly.
2. Account
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials. Do not share credentials with parties who would use them in violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion with notice, or immediately if required by law or to prevent ongoing harm.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Proxly for lawful purposes including:
- Collecting publicly available data from websites
- Ad verification and brand monitoring
- Price intelligence and market research
- SEO monitoring and SERP analysis
- Security research on systems you own or have permission to test
- Accessing geo-restricted content you have a lawful right to access
You may not use Proxly for:
- Credential stuffing, brute-force login attempts, or account takeover
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages of any kind
- Bypassing access controls on systems you do not own or have permission to access
- Distributing malware or participating in botnets
- Any activity that violates applicable law
- Reselling access to the network without a written reseller agreement
4. Billing
You are billed for data transferred through the gateway, measured in gigabytes at the gateway level. Billing is prepaid: you purchase credits and they are deducted as you use the network. Credits do not expire. Refunds are available for unused credits within 30 days of purchase, minus any usage.
5. Liability
Proxly is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
