About
Proxy infrastructure that works the way you expect.
Proxly is a residential proxy network built for developers and data teams who need reliable, scalable access to the public web. We run a pool of 42 million consented residential IPs across 195 countries, accessible through a single HTTP or SOCKS5 gateway.
The proxy industry has a reputation problem. Most providers oversell on pool size, obscure their sourcing practices, and structure pricing in ways that make it hard to predict your bill. We built Proxly to be the opposite: honest about what the network is, transparent about where IPs come from, and priced per byte with no minimums or seat fees.
How the network works
Every IP in our pool comes from a peer device — a phone, laptop, or home router — whose owner has explicitly opted in through one of our partner apps. We compensate those peers directly, maintain records of their consent, and remove any peer immediately on request. This is what "ethically sourced" actually means: documented consent, ongoing compensation, and a removal process that works.
Traffic routes through our gateway at gateway.proxly.cc, which handles session management, rotation, and automatic failover. You never talk directly to a peer device. The gateway presents a stable interface while the pool underneath it rotates continuously.
Compliance
We hold SOC 2 Type II certification, renewed annually. Our data handling practices are GDPR compliant — we don't log request content, only connection metadata needed for billing and abuse prevention. Compliance documentation is available on request without an NDA for standard review.
What we won't do
We don't allow Proxly to be used for credential stuffing, account takeover, sending unsolicited messages, bypassing access controls on systems you don't own, or any activity that would cause harm to individuals. The acceptable use policy is short and written in plain English.
